I began my journey into the realm of leadership and ethics coaching as a young boy in the Canadian Cadet Movement learning the ways of effective leadership and ethical integrity. I continued this journey into adult life where I have served 27 years as a Canadian Forces Commissioned Officer working in the Canadian Cadet Movement. During my time leading adults and teenagers, I discovered my passion to help develop ethical decision making skills in those I had the opportunity to lead and work alongside with. Among my many roles in the Canadian Forces, I have served as Unit Human Rights Advisor and instructor where I investigated complaints and practiced interest based communication and mediation skills in helping resolve conflicts.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology. Most recently I have studied Jungian Analysis at the International School of Analytical Psychology in Zurich, Switzerland as well as Leadership and Third Party Resolution at the Justice Institute of BC.
As a coach, consultant and trainer, I provide leadership coaching and ethics consultation focused on principled based decision making and creating organizational ethics protocols and procedures. As a Certified Regulatory Investigator, I conduct administrative/ethics investigations for non-profits and professional associations.
Having faced many personal challenges in my life, I developed a deep passion to explore the common threads of struggle, the human condition and the path towards meaning and living with ethical integrity.
I believe that true freedom and fulfillment are experienced once we allow our authentic self to fully enter the world. Each person has a unique path to walk; individual assets, purpose and potential that can only be realized by being Yourself.
